 RELEASE FORM     PLEASE COMPLETE, SIGN  AND HAND TO JANET WHEN SHE ARRIVES FOR THE FIRST APPOINTMENT ALONG WITH A VALID RABIES CERTIFICATE

RABIES VACCINATION MUST BE CURRENT BY LAW and for protection of all.
Full protection for your pet is also advised so vaccinations should always be current for all pet transmissable diseases. Our trailer and equipment is sanitised and kept scrupuously clean.

We reserve the right to refuse grooming for any animal that is a threat to itself or any person.
Any animal that exhibits excessive stress will not be groomed for its own protection.

We do not use any type of tranquiliser on any animal.

Shaving  may expose unseen skin conditions especially in badly matted coats. Every care will be taken to prevent clipper burn or cuts which can occur in these circumstances. Anything like this will be reported immediately.
